MMOUTH 01 is the haunting debut from mmouth, an ambient project conceived by XTina Marie that centers around the human voice. Composed using polyphonic vocal arrangements and sparse, droning synth beds, the work draws inspiration from Medieval and Renaissance choral traditions, as well as contemporary ambient music. A collection of songs that are often dark, wrought with pain and grief, and featuring moments of sublime, transcendental beauty.
