Mainly interested in the sound, style, the attitude of the New York scene...
and the current beat music of Germany, Japan and Los Angeles.

This music is from crossriver. It's from Vancouver. From the day to day activities. somewhere from my heart... my identity for a year.

Originally planned to be a 15-minute mix for the side b of an unborn tape between "BEEFTANNEN" and "crossriver". Unfortunately, the project was scrapped, so Kazuya-san of "Black Urban Tapes" offered a full, 30-minute tape instead. This prompted me to gather around a cohesive representation of my year. Organized, "from" was born.

"from" is a genuine reflection of the moods, the attitudes and the loneliness of a not-so-special year. Experimentation is evident and is a foreshadow to the next.
